Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Falcon Strategic Group LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our meeting scheduling application and related websites (together, the "Service"), whether through our website, our web application, or our mobile applications for iOS and Android.
By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time.

3. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service — creating and maintaining your account; scheduling, confirming, changing and cancelling meetings; displaying your availability and profile to other participants.
- Communications — sending booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations by email, SMS or push notification.
- Support — responding to your questions and resolving problems.
- Safety and security — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- Improving the Service — understanding how the Service is used so that we can improve it.
- Legal compliance — complying with applicable law and enforcing our terms.
Legal bases (for users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom). We process personal information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your rights, where we have your consent, or where we are required to do so by law.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
4.1 With other users of the Service
This is the most important sharing to understand. The Service exists so that people can arrange meetings with one another. When you request or accept a meeting, the other participant will see your name, job title, organisation, profile photograph, and the meeting details. They may also see other profile information you have chosen to make visible.
Please do not put anything in your profile or meeting notes that you would not want the other participant to read.
4.2 With event organisers
Where the Service is used in connection with an event, the organiser of that event may receive information about meetings scheduled at their event, including participant names and meeting counts.
4.3 With service providers
We use third parties to operate the Service. They may access personal information only as needed to perform services for us, and are contractually required to protect it and not to use it for their own purposes. These providers fall into the following categories:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the data that runs the Service
- Email, SMS and push notification delivery providers, who send booking confirmations and reminders on our behalf
- Analytics and crash reporting providers, who help us understand usage and diagnose faults
- Calendar providers, where you have chosen to connect a calendar account
We maintain a current list of the service providers we use. If you would like to know which providers process your information, email su*****@***********sg.com and we will tell you.
4.4 For legal reasons
We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that it is required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Agile Falcon Strategic Group LLC, our users, or the public.
4.5 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service.
- Account and profile information — until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days
- Meeting and booking records — 24 months after the relevant event
- Support correspondence — 24 months
- Log and technical data — 12 months
- Records required by law — for the period required by applicable law
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information. See our Account Deletion page.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Objection and restriction — object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email su*****@***********sg.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at su*****@***********sg.com and we will delete it.
